
Generate a Schedule of Activities Report
1. Navigate to Reports 0:00

Open the Clinials application.
Go to the 'Reports' section.
Select 'Schedule of Activities'.
2. Select Language and Trial 0:10

Choose the desired language for the report.
Select the specific trial for which you want to create the report.
3. Start the Report Creation Process 0:18

Click on 'Quick Create' to initiate the report generation.

The report is organized into three main sections:
Biomarker Assessments:
Lists all biomarkers from the protocol.
Includes assay method, sample type, and collection time points.
Activities:
Converts the protocol's schedule of events into a structured list.
Groups activities by visit, including informed consent, medical history, physical exams, vital signs, and laboratory assessments.
Clinical Trial Endpoints:
Extracts endpoints defined in the protocol.
Shows measurement methods and visit time points.
5. Verify Report Traceability 1:18

Each report includes citations back to the original protocol.
This allows for quick verification of the source of each activity, biomarker, or endpoint, ensuring full traceability and confidence in the report.
6. Review the Operational Overview 1:43

The final report provides a clear operational overview of:
Biomarkers
Study activities
Endpoints
This transforms complex protocol text into an easily understandable format.
